You choose order and wait times once. ShiftFill follows your rule whenever an enabled shift is Open and Published in Deputy.

Once the trigger conditions are met, it checks current records, runs the enabled groups in order and returns unresolved shifts to a manager.
When it helps most
Most useful when replacement work keeps coming back.
Regular gaps, several locations and multiple contact rounds give ShiftFill more repetitive work to take over.
One offer is often not enough
Managers no longer have to return to Find replacement and start another round whenever nobody claims a shift.
Staff at another location may be able to help
Start with a shift’s own location, then offer it to staff from another location you have enabled.
No one has to remember another offer
After your chosen wait, ShiftFill sends another offer if a shift is still open.
What if no one accepts?
An open shift comes back for manager review. ShiftFill handles follow-up but cannot guarantee someone will be available or accept.
