Privacy
This page explains the privacy approach planned for ShiftFill. It will be reviewed before the service accepts live customer data.
Information we handle
ShiftFill may receive account, location, schedule, availability, training and shift-assignment information from Deputy when an authorised customer connects their account. We also handle the contact and account details needed to provide support and operate the service.
How information is used
Information is used to identify open shifts, check whether team members are suitable to contact, process authorised shift offers, keep an activity record and support the customer account. ShiftFill does not sell personal information.
Access and security
Access is limited to what is needed to provide the service. Connection credentials and sensitive configuration are stored as secrets. Customers can disconnect Deputy and contact us about access, correction or deletion requests.
