Terms
These are draft service terms for the ShiftFill preview. Final terms will be published before customers use ShiftFill with live workforce data.
Service preview
During the preview, features may change and some actions may remain in safe-preview mode. Customers are responsible for reviewing their rules and confirming that their use complies with employment, workplace safety and privacy obligations.
Deputy connection
ShiftFill uses access authorised by the customer. Deputy remains the source of truth for schedules, availability, training and final assignments. Customers may disconnect the integration at any time.
Acceptable use
The service must not be used to contact people without authority, bypass safety checks, interfere with another service or process information unlawfully.
